I've been sleeping a lot better. I'm still having the same dreams but I find that I'm liking having to have them as I did when I first started dreaming.

So, I Sought Help

It was a long conversation the details of which I might write about in the future. What's important is that the shrink doesn't believe that I suffering from depression (of the clinical sort) nor from something else that merits therapy— not for the moment.
